Standard Return Policy for ShiftyBridge.com

• There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from ShiftyBridge.com.
• You have 10 calendar days to return an un-used item from the date you received it.
• Please include original packaging and receipt.
• Only items that have been purchased directly from ShiftyBridge.com can be returned.
• If you have purchased a product in person or at a show, please contact us through email or call us directly.

How to Return your Product

• Ship your item back to the Shipping Address where the package arrived from
• To return a product to ShiftyBridge online store, please mail back the original product and include invoice number (or a copy of a paid receipt.

Refunds Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately.

• If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Exchange an item

• If you purchased the wrong size, we will gladly exchange it for you.
